Fossilized Walrus Tusk Blue Topaz Drop Necklace

An ocean drop has never looked so beautiful! Wear a touch of the sea in this radiant and organic necklace that features our designers' favorite fossilized ivory in varied shades plus a touch of semi-precious stone sparkle. Inspired by rich golden sands and by the sea, the Ocean Drop necklace is sure to make a splash alone or paired with our coordinating Ocean Drop earrings.

Our designers have used fossilized walrus tusk in this piece, an ancient ivory some 500 to 3,000 years old that has spent much of its life buried under ground. The earth colors the walrus tusk, leaving it any shade from soft caramel to deep, smoky cocoa. Natives gather this fossilized ivory after erosion and the tides gives it back to us, and it is carved the world over into fine jewelry and art pieces.

We have paired semi-precious stones with the fossilized ivory in this silver and blue topaz necklace to suggest the sea's clear waters. The stones' clarity is especially striking when juxtaposed with the fossilized ivory, creating a truly covetable piece.
