We do not ship outside of the continental United States.
We ship Tuesday through Saturday when our Maine store is open and will do everything we can to make sure your item arrives quickly. If for any reason, we expect that shipment of your order may be delayed outside of of our normal shipping schedule, we will contact you by email.
During the month of December, we ship Monday through Saturday.
We want your package to arrive safe and undamaged so we insure all items we mail at no cost to you. In the event your package does not arrive or is damaged, email us and we will do our best to make it right.
We try out best to price all items accurately and keep our website inventory up to date, but sometimes mistakes happen. If we have made an error in a price listing or have sold the piece in our retail store before we have removed it from our web inventory, we will contact you immediately.
Your purchase arrives in a beautiful complimentary gift pouch or box and is professionally and securely packaged. If you want your purchase gift wrapped, please include a note with your order to request this special service. Gift wrapping is complimentary.
We understand that issues may arise from time to time. We are only human after all. We are very friendly people and we will gladly work with you to assure everything meets with your satisfaction. Email us if you have a problem and we will try to resolve it for you as soon as possible. If all else fails, we offer a ‘no questions asked’ return policy within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. This policy applies to online orders only. Returns are subject to a restocking fee if items are not in original packaging or if the items are not in their original condition. When making a return, please insure the package and retain a tracking number.
No refunds are issued if jewelry has been custom made for you or if the jewelry has been sized or altered. A store credit may be issued if upon our inspection, the jewelry has been unworn and in original condition. We will do our best to work with you on an exchange.
Although we stock and sell thousands of items, they aren’t all available for sale on our website. Many of our customers are out of state and call us if when looking for something in particular. Send us an email or give us a call and we would be more than happy to see what we can do.
